Children have added a password to their laptop - and lost it!!!

After you managed to start safemode did the list of options looks like this

If so, highlight safe mode and hit enter. It will take you to the start page, which is where all the user accounts will be listed, allong with an account called 'administrator'. Click the 'administrator' account, then once it's loaded go to the control panel- user accounts. You should be able to disable the user passwords then.

BIOS or Windows password?

Just read it's the Windows one.

Should be easy lots of appz out there to reset it.
