Barclaycard - Special Payment Terms

Afternoon folks
Wondering if anyone can help me? I'm on special terms with barclaycard, currently paying off my balance at 9.9%. To memory, I'm about halfway there but to give me the confidence boost that my debts are actually going down, I need to find out what the original figure (and highest figure from about 3 years ago) was!
Does anybody have a telephone number to get through to the right customer services team? I've tried 0870-154-0154, 0844-811-9111 and 0844-556-0060 but nobody can tell me (as they claim to have 6 months of statements to access) and only give me one of the other numbers I've listed. There's a telephone number on the statements I receive but I don't have a statement about the house (I shred them after I've set up payment to be sent).
Is anybody else on ST and happens to have a statement handy?
Nat
