5. Free Entry Route: Players can enter the Draw without purchasing any National Lottery game by sending an email to [EMAIL="marketing@camelotinteractive.com"]marketing@camelotinteractive.com[/EMAIL]. The email must be received by Camelot during the Promotion Period. The subject of the email must state 'Monte Carlo free entry route' and must include your name, address, contact telephone number and confirmation that you are aged 18 or over or it will not be entered. Entries into the Draw are limited to one per Player.

6. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will not be valid.

7. The Draw will take place on Friday 12th September 2008, and will be supervised by an independent observer. The winner of the prize will be the first entry selected at random from all valid entries.

8. There is one prize consisting, subject to availability of the following:

• Return flights for two people to Nice (a)
• Return helicopter transfers for two people from Nice Airport to Monaco
• Three nights' accommodation at the Ambassador Hotel, Monte Carlo (b)
• Entrance for two people to the Monaco Casino
• Travel insurance for two people

Prize experience must be taken and completed within one year of telephone call referred to in paragraph 9 below and must be booked at least two weeks in advance of intended departure date.

Exclusions:
(a) Travel excludes Christmas Day, the New Year period from 28th December 2008 to 2nd January 2009, Valentines Day, the Easter period from 3rd to 20th April 2009 and public and bank holidays in both UK and France. Stay must include a Saturday night. Availability is very limited during UK school holidays and may be available if within prize cost. (b) Hotel is officially classed as 4 Star and the prize is for two adults sharing a twin or double room at the option of the winner and subject to availability on a bed and breakfast basis. Person accompanying prize winner must be aged 18 or over.

9. The winner's personal details will be shared with Nick Deyong Limited for the fulfilment of the promotion and for no other use. The winner will be contacted by telephone on or before Wednesday 1st October 2008 to coordinate the trip booking.

10. The Promoter reserves its right to redraw a prize in the event that a winner cannot be contacted by Wednesday 1st October 2008, or is subsequently found not to have been entitled to win the prize.

11. There is no cash alternative to the prize.

12. This promotion is not a game forming part of the National Lottery.

13. The Promoter shall have no liability for any system failure or other action or event which prevents a Player from entering the promotion.

14. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters decision is final.

15. The Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility of any nature in relation to the prize experience or in respect of any complaints regarding the taking of the prize experience or the consequences of doing so or the availability of the prize experience to the extent permitted by law. The taking of the prize experience is a contract between the winner and the providers of the various elements of the prize experience and is subject also to any terms and conditions of the providers of those elements.

17. The winner may be asked, but is not obliged, to take part in publicity.
