I have a Sony camcorder which uses mini dv tapes. If I buy a cheap DVD recorder, will I be able to transfer my camcorder recordings to DVD using the av inputs or the scart socket and a lead (this is how I now transfer recordings to vhs).Or do dvd recorders not record from external sources?
Also will I be able to use the cheaper dvd+r's or do you have to use re- writable discs?
Thanks for any help
