Downloading Travelogue

I'm off on my jollies in 2 weeks time and I'm going to be taking a lot of pictures. I've just read some one else's travelogue as they did a simliar trip. They downloaded pictures to their website en route. How easy would this be for someone like me to do. I have an e mail address with NTL and another with G mail. I don't have a web site. Could I download piccies to the gmail account. I'm concerned about getting my camera nicked and it would free up my memory cards. As you all know I'm no tecno guy.
Thanks

well if your camera is picked up as a hard drive in my computer when connected to usb

then all you need to do is go to a internet cafe plug your camera in and upload the pictures and email them back to your email address,

Or if you have a card reader take that with you and do the same,

there are lots of online photo storage places though some for free have a google they may well be quicker then email uploading,

if you used the snapfish promo for 40 free prints you can upload all your photos there into an album and download them to pc on your return

I have 70Mb of pics on Gmail and still have loads to go, you can upload 10 Mb at a time. It is very easy then to download especially using free Picassa program.
