Well my fussy cat turned his nose up at the chicken flavour but we managed to buy the salmon flavour with the voucher and he is begrudgingly eating it - so a sort of success. Hope it continues, as he has a fair sized bag to wade through.0

Just went to my local Tesco, and I do not my main grocery shopping there, I ONLY took the Nutricat bag. They only had the 400g, 1kg and 2 kg packs. I first took the Salmon one to the till, but after the supervisor was called, I could only take the Chicken flavour one, as it was this one that was on the voucher. However, I clearly remember reading on the letter sent by Bzzagent that you could buy any flavour.
I was a bit gutted but my cat does not seem to mind. And freebies are always better than nothing.
I just wished that Bzz would write on their voucher that we could pick whatever we want, and that supermarkets in general stop looking at people with vouchers like they are scams!Modern languages degree with the OU finished in 2012!

Did you definitely put a space between the two parts of the postcode, and no extra spaces on the end or anything? I think that was one of the sites I've had problems on recently - make sure to use all capitals and a space just in case.Has anyone had their icecream Bzz packs through yet?
Nope, not yet! I was really craving ice cream last night and hoping they'd appear today...
Does anyone know if the ChokaBlok ice cream is available in Tesco express stores? I never really go to it, but there's an express store 2 minutes from me. Otherwise I'll just go straight to the big one which is further away!Kate.0 -
Think I'm going to take my Bzz letter with me when I use my Nutricat voucher later this week, sounds like quite of few people have had difficulty with Tesco accepting them. The cats still seem unimpressed with the chicken flavour, hope I can get the salmon one.0

Had a right ta do at my tesco, took the cat food correct size bag to the checkout with some other bits, went to pay and gave the voucher and it said i hadnt spent enough even though the voucher was just supposed to be exchanged for the cat food, assisant said she couldnt do anything about it but promised that if i bought the cat food at £6.00 if I took it to customer services they would sort it out and either give me my six pound back and not get the cat food or override the voucher. They couldnt understand what was wrong but kept saying it wouldnt be accepted, then said i had to pay full price for cat food and have a £6.oo tesco gift card,I need the money in my pocket not on a gift card as i dont normally shop at tesco,in the end I caled the manager and said I would report back tha they wouldnt accept the voucher so I couldnt try the cat food, then she manage to sort it,give me the free cat food and my £6.00 in cash, what a palava, dont want to go through that again.0
