BzzAgent - Free samples to test

Well the Nutricat has arrived and have to say a free 1.5kg bag is pretty good - should last quite a while will go and get it tomorrow - my cat has a taste of one of the sample packs in the meantime and now won't leave my side!!! Looks like a hit anyway would rather buy something he likes to eat than waste money on something he turns his nose up.

Now am waiting for the Chokablok to arrive!!! Can't say I have ever heard of it or seen it in Tesco - I have just googled it and am quite excited :drool:

2 trials from Bzz in such a short space of time is great - hope they keep them coming!!

I went all the way to Tesco today especially to use the voucher today (usually use Asda or Sainsburys as much, much nearer).

It wouldn't scan at the checkout so I had to go over to customer services. I'd mistakenly picked up the Senior bag instead of the Adult one, so I ran back to the shelf to exchange it. They only had the Salmon flavour, no sign of any Chicken at all or even a space for it, so don't think they stocked the chicken one.

I took the Salmon one back to customer services and she told me I couldn't have that one either, it had to be the adult chicken. I told her there wasn't any, and she said they couldn't accept the voucher for anything else so I had to have a refund of my £6 instead

Really disappointed and have emailed Bzz to explain that I won't be able to complete this campaign

Also had trouble with the nutricat voucher today. It wouldn't scan but i took it to the customer services till and they put it through. I had the salmon flavour one.

had the adult chicken as thats what beebs likes, mine wouldnt scan either, supervisor was called and she voided the nutricat out to make it a no sale and the six pounds came off the total, thanks tesco maryhill x

im having a huge amount of trouble submitting a report and review on bzz agent of 200 words, its like an english essay !

I took my voucher today to get the Nutricat and what a palava.
It would'nt scan and then the man at the checkout refused to take the voucher even though I had the chicken 1kg pack.
I explained what it was and had he not noticed it was actually a Tesco coupon.
He got the supervisor and they both stood discussing it for five minutes while I stood there feeling like I was a con artist.
After explaining yet again to the supervisor,who had a word with the manager they took the voucher.
However they decided it had to be the chicken variety because this was the pack pictured on the voucher.
Actually the voucher said any pack but I don't think they could get their simple jobsworth minds round that :mad:.
All this on a busy Saturday afternoon when the store was packed.
I think I'll complain but don't know whether I should complain to Tesco or bzzagent.

i bought the senior one, i think the till beeped and the sa appeared to just type the price in, no problem

The cat voucher wouldnt work for me either, said something about spending the correct amount. Although I had picked up the size and flavour on the voucher, the Assistant put it through once i had asked him though.

I had no problem using the free Lathams/Nutricat vouchers at my Tesco Extra.

I was able to get the two free large bags, as well as the smaller Nutricat bags for free (these were on promotion at £2 each, and i was able to use all my £1 off vouchers against these, effectively making them free too).

Tescos also happily took the £1.50 off vouchers against each of the 40p trial pouch sized Latham bags, effectively taking £1.10 off the rest of my shopping for each one used. Might be worth seeing what your local Tescos will do?
