Hi cheap_charlie,

I found them in the Argos book, it states: Will take a steam gen iron. They are a bit more expensive, but saying that they have a bigger ironing area as well. Or you could do as suggest earlier and just iron near a table or work unit, but the will depend on where you iron. I like to iron in the sitting room while I watch the programmes I have recorded, makes it a bit less of a boring job lol.

i got mine in argos it was £30 they quite large you can get them in the likes of wilko but im sure u can pick them up from about £15 they have holes in the ironing board for the steam to pass thro so u only need to iron one side of the item making it much faster , if you live nr a clearence bargains (xargos) you can get argos old stock for really really cheap ive seen them in there for a tenner before

I'm not saying that it's not a good deal, I just not happy when you sign up with a company and it clearly states and uses it as part of it's advertising as being free. I guess I like clarity and get annoyed with the twists used by companies.

I'll probably sign up for it as you say it is a good deal and I can't argue with that.!

I cant find anywhere that it says you will receive things free?

I am on tier 1 and signed up for mine yesterday... can't wait to get it...with three kids that probably get through two outfits or more each a day, I am hoping it will be a godsend! My ironing pile gets HUMUNGOUS!!

will hopefully get a new ironing board too.... good excuse to say to OH I need one!

I really hope everyone else who wants to join this campaign.... for the right reasons gets an invite - especially those of you that are on higher tiers than some of us!!

Mine won't be leaving my sight if it's as good as people say it is...if anything makes the most tedious job in the world slightly easier...or even enjoyable, then I may just go shout it from the rooftops (mmm. ok...slight exaggeration there!!)

I haven't got my Iron yet! It was apparently signed for by one of my neighbours on Thursday and she said she hasn't had anything! Don't know what to do now. Really Pd off about it today.

can u contact dhl as if someone has signed for it they should have a copy of the signature and u can check the name? seems a bit fishy to me....
