wow, just used it now for the first time. OUCH!
Never epilated before, must admit it only felt like dragging broken glass over my legs for the the first few goes, after that it eased off a lotphew! My legs feel gorgeous and I will be keeping this up to have lovely soft legs when the time comes for skirts and dresses. Don't think i'll be doing my underarms just yet though, might need a few glasses of wine before I go there with it.
Good luck to everyone trying it for the first time, it's worth the initial pain honestly, it gets better0 -

:rotfl:I couldn't quite think of a way to describe it when I used mine earlier today and you've just nailed it!!!
I'm well impressed with it!!
I wasn't going to, but I actually did do my underarms today and it wasn't that bad!! Then I got really brave and I also done my bikini line  ... it wasn't that bad either!! loads better if you keep the epilator and whichever bit you are doing submersed under water!!
Have you all tried the different heads on them or just using the smoothing one? I used the plastic epilator ones and then I used the smoothing one after .. but not sure if I've done it right!0 -

Glad I could help lol.
I just used the bit that came on already, the bit with the razor blade. To think, I was so excited to have it I had a bath at 11.30pm. Lots of deep breathing got me through it, I swear the colour drained from my face, I didn't knnow if I was going to cry or be sick! :rotfl:I did it in short sweeps rather than full leg, you adapt to the feeling fairly quicky. I kept telling myself that after a few goes it won't feel the same. Actually doing my thighs where the hair in finer and not as much growth was a lot better, it was doing below the knees which was agony!
I was very impressed by the hair floating round in the water, really long even though pre epilating my legs were not overly hairy. Couldn't stop feeling them after, so soft.
I did a little mention on facebook, via the bzz site and it's taken it as my first bzz. I'll write bzz one after next weeks epilate session I think then as and when I pass it on.
So glad I got this campaign, prior to the is my best one was the philips steam generator. Did expect to see a small fee for joining this one, which I would have paid to be honest but getting all the stuff we got for free was fantastic! The spare heads will keep us going for a long time.
Wonder how many will popup on ebay?! Mine is for keeps.0 -

Can't believe how many of these are already on Ebay. It makes me so mad!
I can understand people selling them on after trialling them out but to do so as soon as they receive for extra money - it really takes the biscuit!
Was brave enough to try mine last night, used in bath and it was so much nicer. I had an epilator before and couldn't bear to use, this one is fantastic, it still hurts just not as much!0 -
I looked on ebay too, there's quite a few. Wonder if those people still make up a Bzz to report back? There's no way I am parting with mine! Could not afford to spend that much on an epilator so this is a real treat for me. I've already reviewed for amazon, facebooked, tweeted and submitted a Bzz report and that's only after my first go! I'm really going to make an extra effort with this one as it's great and i'm really grateful to have got one. I love the sparkle it's got, very girlie!0

The moneygrabbing selfish people that put them on eBay make me mad too
It's a shame Bzz can't find out who they are and throw them off the panel!
There are plenty of people on this thread that would have loved to have had one of these who didn't get an invite!0 -
I used mine yesterday as well! And of course I will keep it!
i already used epilator on my underarms and bikini line, but never got the courage to do my legs until yesterday. Underarms and bikini line is less painful due to the lack of bone (In my opinion)...
I dont know if I'll use the smoothing cap that much, i am kinda against shaving!!! I'll do the first 4 weeks, and then I'll see if I will just use the epilator part.
Yes, it`s a shame to see that some sell them on eBay already and lots of people here wanted to tried it genuinely...
Anyway, pretty glad I was chosen!2011 Wins: Issey Miyake perfume (from December), Arcancil Nail Polishes, Revlon Fire and Ice Lipstick and Nail Polish, Beauty Hampers, Radox Shower Gels, Neal's Yard Massage oil & Massage Candle, CDs, makeup kits, tanning mist.

Used mine today, first time I've used an epilator, and ouch really is the right word!
I just did lower leg, the pain was pretty intense to begin with, then tried to ignore it, but postponed doing thighs and underarms. Figured I would try the tehnique of taking 2 paracetamol before doing it there to reduce the pain
It was definitely less painful underwater, but stood up to do back of leg which hurt less, weirdly enough.
It is very frustrating that some are selling on ebay. I too am really glad I got this campaign as I wouldn't have been able to afford to buy it, and so far I do totally love it. I do wonder if I'll be saying that once I've tried it on my underarms and bikini line... :eek:No buying unnecessary toiletries/makeup in May: Unnecessary spend £17.60
