The whole reason for them charging is because the coffee machine we got for free had loads of people reselling them on eBay sadly
That has spoilt it for everyone else now.

Also got an invite for the Wet2Straight straighteners. I would have paid upto £20. But I think £32 is too much. Going to decline this one. If my Braun SatinLiners had stopped working then I know I'd be temptedNo buying unnecessary toiletries/makeup in May: Unnecessary spend £17.60

2012 INs: 77 UUs/OUTs/GAs: 91

I doubt that's the case. The Dolce Gusto machines would have been provided free by Krups/Nescafe NOT BzzAgent. How would BzzAgent ever know if the machines on Ebay came from them originally? Its no skin off their nose really-as long as they got the reports they wanted. I was lucky to get a Dolce Gusto, and luckier still to get lots of free samples from them, and some free boxes from Asda. I love my posh coffees!:D
Back on topic however, I think they will get few Agents bothering with this campaign. Its like paying to work for them!

Seriously it is true, Bzz found out a lot of 'agents' were selling them on eBay. Most of them were posted to the agents the same day, these were then appearing new on ebay within hours, people on here were sending links to Bzz about it & IIRC some people were then kicked off Bzz because of it.2023 wins - Rice Krispies, Avene Micellar Gel, Barbie Toy, £20 Apple Gift Card, KFC 6 piece bargain bucket, Chloe Nomade perfume, Barbie Toy (second one), Sanctuary Spa Sleep Balm, E45 Moisturising Lotion, Trolls Hamper, 12 Tonie Characters, Sure deodorant, Good Home Utensil holder, £5 Costa Gift Card, Neutrogena Micellar Jelly, Soap & Glory Mascara, Persil capsules,0

Just had another thought would paying £32 for the straighters influence a buzz report. In that if you are willing to pay that amount then already you have a positive view of them?[STRIKE]30:22[/STRIKE]

I got offered this one as well but do not intend to pay £32!!
If there is insufficient take-up, maybe they will revise the price downwards?? In which case, would they still charge the £32 to those who have already accepted?A chicken crossing the road is poultry in motion0 -
They will probably just put a job-lot on ebay!![STRIKE]30:22[/STRIKE]

I did too as a) I always get ripped off on Ebay, so I couldn't buy them cheaper elsewhere with my luck b) one of the glossy mags rates them in their top 10 as being fab c) I've never had any straightners and always wanted to try some d)OH seriously wanted some for his beard and e) £32 doesn't seem like loads for a good quality pair from what I've seen of prices on the high street etc.
I very much doubt they give a flying fig if people sell them on - they are in the business of getting people to test things and send them 'bzz' - they don't care what you do with them as long as they have a nice Bzz report to give to their paying customers (Remmingtons or whoever in this case) with what people said, and that it makes an impact on sales - if you buzz 20 people and 3 of them buy one, sales have risen. If you sell one on ebay, they have only lost one direct customer, but that customer will then brag about what a bargain they got on Ebay and how fab the machine is, thereby generating even more sales - not everyone wants to/can buy from ebay, so they are going to pick up some sales along the way. It's a form of loss leading and will be factored into the company product profiles.
If you've used it, hated it, and it's a sell-able product, bit stupid not to if it would sell imho, not to mention not very environmentally friendly to ask you to chuck it away.Do not feed the trolls please.0
