Error in Outlook, cannot open? any help?

Hi,
Ive got a strange problem.
Outlook express wont open when I click on it.
It just gives 1 error message which says
Outlook express cannot be started. The application was unable to open the Outlook Express message store. Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full. Contact Microsoft support for further assistance. (0x800C013B)
Then it says in another pop up
Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized. Outlook express may not be installed correctly.
Ive tried to search for an answer but unable to find one, any suggestions?
By the way it was working fine before and I have over 120 GB left on my hard drive and 1GB of Ram available.

Thanks for the help, tried the info, although it didnt work.
It did get me thinking and I ended up trying everything, eventually I uninstalled Spamfighter and hey presto it works!Old Faithful we roam the range together,
Old Faithful in any kind of weather,
