Surely you would be able to afford the mortgage with your earnings, his maintenance and any tax credits?
Or even ask him for a part payment towards the mortgage so you can keep the house to sell later at a fair price.
Perhaps you could do the amicable thing and leave it to your children?:cool:0 -
Thanks for advice about CSA.
I'm no mathematician, but with £1300 mortgage and at least £400 of CC debts each month I doubt I would break even.
