Kaupthing advance transfer error

I'm experiencing a problem transferring money out of my Kaupthing Edge account.
Transferring money "on the day" works fine, but if I try and schedule a transfer to my linked account sometime in the future, for any amount, after the confirm page I get a page with the error:
"Error. An unknown error has occurred."
I've tried this with both Firefox and IE under windows, and Firefox on linux - the same problem and error in all cases.
I've spoken to Kaupthing customer services, and they say they've contacted their head office - but it's been three weeks and they haven't resolved it, or even confirmed they can reproduce it. Which is a bit useless, really.
I wondered if anyone else had the same problem? Whether it's a site wide problem, or only afflicting a limited accounts?

OP - sorry, I can't help because I've never had to do it (I just transfer immediately). Keep us all informed of the outcome, if anyYou've never seen me, but I've been here all along - watching and learning...:cool:0 -
I had the same problem, but after about 5 tries, it worked. I must admit I was a bit worried the instruction had gone through 5 times.0

I certainly tried 4 times in a row once - no luck. More annoyingly, I've tried on a dozen separate occasions over the past 3 weeks and consistently get the same error. Personally, I've never had success - but one in six isn't exactly great either!
For all practical purposes, future payments don't work.
Or has anyone used this facility without error?
It wouldn't be so bad to at least hear re-assuring news like they've at least identified and reproduced the problem. They always promise to chase up personally and get back to me - but haven't. My account is new enough that it doesn't have the secure messaging facility either (even though it was advertised when I applied - they'll be "updating their systems"), and it's not always convenient to phone.
It increasingly looks like their technical side just isn't up to it.0 -
All I can say is I've made quite a few transfers over the past 2 weeks, and another than the constant error on one occasion, which worked after a few attempts, I haven't had a problem.0
