rdwarr wrote:Exactly. They clearly do not measure your immunity to spyware. I'd advise all of you clever dicks to have a run through the system with Ad-Aware or MS AntiSpyware to see what the well-known folks at Tickle have been dumping onto your machine while you've been filling out the test.

Ran spybot after trying IQ test absolutely nothing showed up, do you know something different?0 -
131, which apparently is above average. This can't be right though, as I has always assumed I was significantly above average - well that's what I tell husb anyway. :-)I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.0 -

An unusual feature of the TTN test is that it adjusts results to compensate for age differences, so when I thought I was comfortably ahead of my husband, having answered more questions correctly, I was a bit miffed to find that he was credited with the same IQ as me because he's older! This system credits a young adult with only the number of correct answers as would be expected by random chance, with an IQ of 70, yet an elderly person ticking random answers would (on average) be credited with an IQ of 83! You understand why I take it with a pinch of salt...0 -
P.S. Do any of you know a good free IQ test for youngsters? My 12-year-old wants to have a go, but can't find one for his age group. Don't worry, I won't take the results too seriously, and I've already given him the spiel about the limitations of IQ tests. I've known for some time that he is almost certainly my intellectual superior, but I haven't told him that!0
