Ryanair query

Thanks,I managed to add a bag to a passenger who had 0 bags and it charged me £8!.....even with the additional bag we are still overweight,not much a kilo or so in every bag. OH is currently lifting and weighing, and re organising bags on the Wiii.

We are going for 3 weeks in my defence!!but it is looking like the hand luggage will be all used up too. Why can I not pack light? I always have good intentions but somehow it never works out.
