Sorry to post so late into your thread but can I join too, I need a Meal Planner each week to cope, otherwise no planning means lack of motivation on my part anyway.

- Tuesday - Mac n Cheese, Broccoli and Potatoes and DH Steak, Black Pudding, Broccoli and Potatoes (he can't eat cheese)
- Wednesday - Lentil Soup & Sandwiches
- Thursday - Sausage Stew, Roast Potatoes, Yorkshire Puds, Carrots

As I'm off for the next two weeks I thought I'd post mine and try to stick to it. I tend to stick to the first couple of days, then am too lazy to cook when I get in so just have a bowl of pasta with a jar of pasta sauce. I am also trying to eat more veg and fish.
Sunday - liver, mash, veg and onion gravy - loads of left overs as DS didn't like it
Mon - out all day and had pub lunch - had yesterday's left overs as too tired to cook
Tues - Chicken Faitas (from a kit that has been in the pantry ages) - lots of peppers and onions
Weds - Morrocan Lamb/Couscous
Thurs - Salmon, new potatoes, carrots/peas/brocoli - either mayonaise or parsley sauce
Fri - Fish pie/veg - replaced with yesterday's left over veg and weds leftover moroccan lamb/couscous
Sat - out most of day so maybe a portion of lasagne/curry from freezer
Breakfast tends to be weetabix or toast, lunch maybe a sandwich, cheese on toast, bowl of pasta. I am baking a lot of muffins at the moment so breakfast, snacks or pudding will be a muffindiet starts when I go back to work.
