One of my item sent via RM SD next day 1pm was delayed by RM. I think the item was delivered more than 1 working day after the due delivery date.

As long as it was UK mainland item and covered by the next day Guarantee (some postcodes are not) then yes I would definitely claim as you didn't get the service you paid for. you should get the entire postage cost back if it is delivered late.0 -
i think you get the postage back if it is less than 24 hours later, over 24 hours you get the postage plus £5 i think0
