Hey there,
I am from NI as well, and before I left for uni I set up a student current account with Halifax and with this they issued a debit card.
I too get both a grant and loan, and this term Halifax were happy to extend my overdraft 3 or 4 times (oops) as long as I continue to put my loan/grant into that account.
It wouldn't hurt to pop in and see what they say?0 -
why do you join with paypal they offers two cards credit and debit:beer:0
