Am I reading this Auction Correctly?

Just browsing Ebay and came across this
Ebay Link

Am I right in thinking the bidders are bidding on a CD not a phone?

Looks like the auction is for the DVD which also looks dodgy. Why don't you send him a message asking what he's selling ?

    Link works for me.

It looks dodgy, doesn't it, but I can't see why the seller would do it. If it was a hijacked account, there would be no need to mention the DVD at all. There's 3 of them listed at the moment. It does mention a "free dvd" underneath the title - maybe we're just being a bit oversuspicious?

I think this "NB your phone will obviously need a data cable, infra red or a Bluetooth dongle to connect to your PC, if you have any queries do not hesitate to mail me"
makes it look dodgy to me.
if they were selling the phone i think the cable thingy would come with it?
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

Have asked the question but I don't suppose they'll reply before this auction ends, lets see.

  • Sounds very suspicious to me:

Coupled with a blurred and cropped photo of a box, looks like a scam to me.
  • I feel sorry for the poor beggars bidding on it!

Data cables are almost never sold with phones, unfortunately. It is strange that the seller doesn't buy some up and throw them in with the phone and DVD, though, if they really are selling both.

The item description is a little unclear, so difficult to know what he is selling. However if you read his feedback he has already sold similar products and had good feedback for them.
