No - you are not. You are simply a wind up merchant of limited intelligence amusing yourself by irritating others. Nothing wrong with that, I do it myself, but somehow your flat, dull, repetitive statements completely lacking in humour or originality take boredom to a new level.
I hope I have got the level of abuse about right. Wouldn't want to underdo it.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -

I think you may have misinterpreted. Let me produce a set of boring figures that have little relation to the matter at hand, and try to twist them so they fit my position rather than yours.
Or let's just :kisses3: and make up.0 -

Maybe I shouldn't have apologised giving your response, ah well.
My light is on, I am open to hear all sides of a debate and view any interesting factual statements. Are you?
I thought you were apologising for misreading? You made the mistake.
I have to be open to factual statements as I have rental properties and a young family depending on me. There is nothing to be gained from me wearing rose tinted spectacles.0 -

I did apologise for using your name incorrectly instead of another.

What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.

I read it as being a joke - because of the play on words.
"Perhaps now that you have SeenTheLight, you could try turning it on?"RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

I thought it was pretty funny. Wish I had thought of it.0 -

Well if you guys humour is such that you gain delight in effectively putting down another then I'm glad I don't see that sense of humour.

The above insinuates that I am sitting in the dark, being stupid as if there is a light and I can see it, why haven't I switched it on?
Certainly not the case, but like I said this type of attacking humour is something I just dont see.
Do you guys get kicks out of happy slapping as well?
Now what was the point of topic in this thread again.........:wall:

Yes, that's right. The trauma you have been put through is equivalent to happy slapping.
Get over yourself.
The point of topic in this thread was you quoting misleading statistics so I hardly think it's a topic worth getting back to.0 -

Reminds me of Margot in the Good Life not 'getting' humour.
What made it so good is that ISTL has been around for a while, no one had spotted the possiblity, and then from nowhere comes a perfect riposte.
It's nowhere in the same league as happy slapping, that is nonsense to suggest it. For nasty posts read some of mine directed to you, there is a big difference between a funny one-off 'insult' and seriously aggressive stuff.0
