Blood from stone! Bargain crazy!

Bought a Table and chairs of Bargain Crazy..23rd Sep, Money came out around 26/27th, 2 weeks later no show! 3 weeks later no show, 3 phone calls promised to phone me back 3 times, failed to phone me back! I canceled the order a week ago with great difficulty, they said they'd phone within 48hrs to let me know it had been doen....no call, I phoned them and they said they'd credit my account within 48hrs and would call to elt me know! Still nothing!!!!!!!!

What other nightmares have you had!

    I ordered a load of xmas lights last year, several dffierent orders as the price kept dropping - each order paid at the time via debit card.

    About 6 months later they sent a letter claiming an order wasn't paid for and we were going to court. First we knew of it! We hadn't even ordered it yet they claimed they had proof of delivery. Interesting, we hadn't had a damn thing on that date, of that type etc.

    It took literally dozens of emails to get them to wipe the account clean. I was so worried it would look like an outstanding debt on our credit history, but touch wood it doesn't seem to have affected us.

    They are clueless, utterly clueless. You have my sympathy :)

    No nightmare stories from me. I've bought a couple of items from Bargain Crazy & have nothing but praise. One purchase was for a large item & it was delivered within 5 days of my order & I was notified beforehand by phone of the day & approximate time of delivery.:)
    The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

    I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

    Yep, I have always had good service from bargaincrazy, but no company gets it right all the time, unfortunately.

    Hope it is resolved soon.

    Sorry to hear that you are having problems with them. I have nothing but praise for them myself.
    Have you tried emailing the customer services department they are usually very helpful.

  • Finally got a refund! but oops...they refunded the wrong card! My wife had been on there and bought some clothes, thye credited her account much to her joy!!!

    I've ordered plenty of stuff off them and they have been very prompt usually, although twice they have sent me the wrong items, I just found that on this occasion I had to work very hard to resolve the problem, which was sorted by a final very angry email to them which resulted in and instant refund! which was funny as on the phone I was told twice that I would have to wait at least 7 days.

    Glad to hear it - although I reckon it will be harder getting the money from the wife than it will getting it from Bargaincrazy..... ;)
