Withdrawn item form Ebay but my money was taken?

Can anyone help. I purchased football tickets on ebay, paid and waited the tickets didn'y arrive so went back on Ebay and Ebay said they had withdrawn the item but the problem is my money has been taken out of my account. I have emailed Ebay and the seller but have not heard anything. Has anybody got any advice?

How did you pay? Paypal? If so, and it's been 7 days since the listing ended, do a chargeback through paypal if the tickets haven't turned up.

Yes paid paypal but the tickets were for a match last Saturday? Seems as though the seller may have been dodgy because Ebay withdrew the item but like I said the money already been taken.

Tickets to football matches are not allowed to be sold on ebay at all. That's probably why they got pulled. All you can do now is start the complaints process through paypal.
