Thanks to everyone on this board I found out about click energy 4 and changed to this when I moved home in December, but I have since noticed that click energy 5 seems to be cheaper, would I be correct about this and can I just ask them to move me to this or do it on one of those comparison sites. Also , when I moved into my new place there was a prepayment meter which I had replaced with a normal meter but british gas for some reason cannot display my gas account online. I have asked them repeatedly to do this but they just keep saying there is a technical fault , this is now 7 months and they can't get this right. I don't know why they would keep my gas account offline but display my electricity. Any advice would be appreciated thanks shrewdal

    Hi,

to follow on from the above question.... Uswitch is saying click 5 is cheaper than click 2, when spending about £40 on each fuel per month. I've checked the pdf's and i disagree. Has someone else already worked this out? For electricity i live near newcastle so i'm in the northern price range.

    Thanks

    Kris
