    I regularly buy fuel in Monaghan but haven't in the last fortnight. Prices tend to be higher than elsewhere in RoI, especially on the main roads. It should get cheaper the farther you go from the border. Check pumps.ie.
    Near the border I tend to use Paddy McQuaid Texaco between Glaslough and Emyvale. He is nearly always competitive.

    the cheapest fuel in Monaghan today is at Martins Fuels, Kilyvane. Its a fuel depot about 3 miles out the Ballybay road from Monaghan town
