As expected, she's turned nasty! Saying she will leave suitable feedback once sorted and that she has refunded 2 people by cash recorded this week which can't get lost.
She "only has 5000+ feedback so guess she doesn't know what she's talking about"
can't please em all, will stick to my guns and risk the neg! She failed to point out htat her 5000 feedback contains many negs/neutrals!
Update: She has started a dispute which is fine by me - at least it will be done properly!
BTW, postage was via paypal and I didn't get COP stamped but on the dispute postage info has been sent to buyer, can I make a claim to royal mail with ebay adn paypal postage info but no acutal proof of postage - I guess I only have proof that postage was payed for?On a mission to banish our credit card debts

If she has done that, she's a fool. Im wondering like jaydee if there is something seriously amiss here, she should know the ins and outs of paypal with 5000+ feedback.
Let her get as nasty as she likes, I would email her and point out that she should be directing her tirade at Paypal rather than you, and that when her paypal account is unblocked you will happily refund, not before.
Edited to add:
Dispute is probably a good thing. Keep your responses calm and factual stating you are willing to refund but the Paypal account is currently blocked.0 -
Just to update on this.... When the buyer started the dispute for refund, paypal sent her the shipping information as I paid for postage through them.
The dispute says that buyer has till today to respond to this information..... I'm a bit confused as although the paypal shipping info prooves I paid for postage it doesn't prove I actually posted it (though I would have been a bit dim if I hadn't, but I did fail to get COP stamped - learnt a lesson there!), wonder what paypal expects her to respond to? She has been silent since Thursday (but active on Ebay) and I must admit I'm starting to get a bit suspicious (Call me a cynic!) If she doesn't respond could paypal not rule in her favour? THe refund is currently on hold in my account....On a mission to banish our credit card debts
