Its where people offer or ask for things that would end up on a landfill if not recycled. Look for the one nearest to you. You might even be able to get some re-usable nappies from someone if you advertise there ??

I don't know what the normal retail price of terry nappies are these days as it's a long time since I've needed to buy any, but just had a quick scout on Ebay for you and first seller I came to has some at what looks like very good prices. Certainly much less than the £100 you mention!
