hi there wanting to book a quick holiday ( somewhere in Europe , open to suggestions ) for next wednesday for 4 night, flying from either , east midlands, doncaster, humberside

is it best to book the day before for biggest saving?
which are the best sites for late deals/cancellations

I've just had a brilliant last minute week away - I booked at 5pm for a 2am flight! I looked at Teletext and then rang the holiday company. I'd sorted out where I wanted to go (Dalyan in Turkey) and had a superb holiday for £199 for a 3* hotel, flights and transfers. I actually booked with this company

They emailed me the accommodation, transfer vouchers and ticket info, which I collected at the airport.

I'd recommend both them and Dalyan, if you can get there you'd be in for a treat - the Hotel Binlik is where we stayed and is one of the friendliest nicest hotels I've stayed in in years.
