Unpaid item. How long should i wait?

I bought 6 tickets for a gig i'm going to in December, but one of my friends dropped out, so i stuck the spare ticket on eBay.
The item sold on the 11th (so almost 2 weeks ago now), and so far i haven't heard a thing from the winning bidder. I stated explicitly in my item description that payment must be made within 7 days of auction end. As soon as the auction ended, i sent an invoice to the winner, and approx 1 week after the item ended, i sent a friendly reminder chasing the payment, as the week that i had stipulated in my description had passed.
I've initiated an Unpaid Item Dispute, but still heard absolutely nothing.
So, i'm looking for a bit of advice from you friendly people. On the basis that this gig is on the 10th of December, and therefore i need to have the item sold by the end of November at the absolute latest, should i wait a bit longer, offer it as a second-chance to the second highest bidder, or something else?
All advice welcome, thanks.

All the actions on ebay have a minimum wait time - I think it's 10 or so days before you can start an unpaid item dispute for example.
My advice is to keep going through the unpaid item process as quickly as ebay will let you - so if you have to wait another 10 days to get a listing fee refund, then only wait 10 days.
eBay set the waiting times so there is no reason to wait any longer. That way you can relist the ticket ASAP.0 -
relist the ticket anyway and file a NPB, and neg them
DONT do a mutual, you'll loose your final value fee, make sure they get a strike, and don't be so soft in the future!money saving my @rse.
I've spent 10x as much as I would if I had never discovered this website :-)

Why did you do a mutual?
Firstly it means no strike on the buyers account so the buyer can think it is perfectly acceptable to bid and never pay or respond to a seller.
Secondly if the buyer had responded to that process and just ticked the wrong box ie 'I would like to buy this item' then you would not have got your FVFs back.
