Cheap Flights to Australia

I'm quite new on this money saving site, so would appreciate some help in how to find the cheapest flights to Australia (Sydney).

Parents 70 and visiting relatives preferably around mid-late september.

Aswell as sites to look on, are there any tips to reduce the costs of flight?

Where in the Uk do you want to fly from, Emirates fly from many regional airports via Dubai and Singapore airlines from Manchester.

we flew to new zeland with emeraits from manchester and were allowed stop overs in bangcock, sydney and melbourne it was a 70th birthday treat for me from my wife, and the flights were very good. In april this year we went to virginia for three week, flying manchester to washington with a stop in new york, booked through airlinenetwork.co.uk for £194 each including all taxes etc. this was with delta airlines, to book direct with delta was £319..??? hope this helps ,regards........bri
