Sorry for taking the moral high ground, for me fraud and theft are things I would not encourage my daughter to commit, I should try and be more understanding of other people's ideas when it comes to parenting.

    :D

Your not taking the moral high ground at all your trying to shame someone for something they have nothing to be shameful for...it's called bullying

I was told by Halifax bank that if cash is paid into an account by mistake then the person who paid it into the bank has made the mistake as its their responsibility to get the account numbers right so there really is no way of them claiming it back, thats only cash, with other methods its different.

Why should I justify myself to you - are you perfect?

Do you live life by the rule book?

As stated previously, I discussed the issue with the people who paid the money in, we talked about paying the money back, now read the next bit carefully......THEY NEVER PURSUED ME OR MY DAUGHTER FOR THE PAYMENT.....now leave me alone and go and live your perfect, law-abiding life.
