Double Glazing installation incomplete; co. in voluntary liquidation. What can I do?

I had Double glazing installed Autumn 2007. The work is still unfinished. The start date was inordinately delayed (flooding affecting the manufacturer) and I was committed to being out of the country over the winter. As a result, contact with the company to make adjustments and remedy problems didn't get underway again until a couple of months ago. I've now received a letter from a former employee who has joined another Company, advising customers of the situation and offering support with any difficulties, but I've yet to speak to the person directly.
I paid just over 80% of the total bill last year, pending completion, and do have proof of delivery for the Deposit Registration posted to the Consumer Protection Association, fwiw, though no direct acknowledgement from them. I have no FENSA certificate or guarantee.
Googling this evening hasn't shed any light on what my rights are. I guess tomorrow I'll contact the CPA & perhaps my local authority. I'm wondering if anyone here has had a similar experience or knows what the score is? Will I be able to get another company to complete the work, and claim my costs back under the CPA scheme?
Any advice would be appreciated.
