Daxon-check bank statements

Assuming most people know about about Daxon fan heater freebie (if not see thread under freebie section).
Anyway Daxon statement says they charged me and then credited money back so account with them showing as nil. Bank statement however shows they only credited amount of fan heater meaning i got charged for post and packaging. Never received goods- you need to call them & get them to credit post and packaging to account.
(Note for Mod - sorry if this has been posted elsewhere but don't have time to check - only have access to computer for a few hours and aswell as catching up on everything have nearly 500 e mails to trawl through!)
