Credit Card Charges Re-Claim

I have been offered a sum of money from MBNA for credit card charges but they have added it to my account. Can they do that or can I request they pay me in cheque form. If I can which letter do I have to use.

Also can anyone tell me if Store cards come in line with been able to reclaim excess charges.

:confused::confused:

    Unless the payment they make puts the card into credit on the balance, then they're quite entitled to put it onto the account. Look it as a way of clearing the debt quicker!
