Holiday to Dubai for 12 adults and 9 children (eek!)

Problem

So we have this dream to go to Dubai this August and when I say "we" it seems to be half my extended family.

I don't really have a set quote as yet but I could do with advise best way of booking a holiday for 21 people!

- Is there any specialist travel agents for these type of booking as the hotel side of thing is limited to like 4 adults or 2+2 type bookings.

- Should I contact hotels directly in dubai for accommodation or should I stick with the UK.

Any other advise or suggestion or best way of booking this and getting a discount would be much appreciated! :T

Incidentally we are flying some time in mid-August (currently 20-27 Aug with ticket prices of £341 pp with Qatar Airways), the hotel has to have breakfast included. The hotel has to be affordable at under £60 per night. We would prefer 4 people per room but understand this might be difficult.

I have been using kayak a lot but can't get the right type of accomodation.

Dubai will be absolutely roasting in August, but trust me you wont regret a single minute of it. I went in 2006 in September and I had the best time of my life its wicked, cant wait to go again.:beer: :beer:
