Wrong info given by NCL (need a name)for complaint

I need the name of someone at NCL cruises to write to complain about wrong info given by telephone call made to their office. The staff give us the wrong info and it cost us £100. We wanted to pay our on board account with dollars which we had got ,then reading on a web site it said they wanted a large deposit, the travel agent rang them up they said they would want 75 dollars a day per person deposit. As there is no way we would spend that much we then asked if we used a credit card ( Nationwide) could we pay the dollars we had bought off the account at the end off the trip. The person at the other end of the phone said no it was one or the other. So we had to cash out dollars in loosing out on the exchage rate. When on board ship found out that we could have paid our dollars off. So this is way we need the name so the compaint will go to the right person.

It makes things so much easier to just pay via credit card. You can however with the majority of cruise lines "settle" amounts spent onboard at any time in cash. I would always advise to register a credit card as it speeds up registration and checkout. I am pretty sure that is what the NCL rep would be referring to when you asked the question.
If you still feel strongly about this then why not email guest relations in the UK ukguestrelations@ncl.com ?I'm going for my QuidCo £million!
