Hi
Last month i tried to switch tariffs within Npower through Moneysupermarket.
Everything whent to plan at first, received e-mail from moneysupermarket saying Npower would write to me within 10 days...so i whent on my annual camping holiday.
Three weeks later nothing from Npower so i rang them, they said i could not switch (through moneysupermarket)as i was already with Npower.
So i rang moneysupermarket, they told me their should not be a problem and they would e-mail Npower and Npower would ring me,that day..so i stayed in all day.
One week later nothing from Npower.
Who should i complain to and how, or should i just give it a miss.
many thanks

Ring nPower and they'll probably change the tariff for you whilst you're on the phone to them."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Looking at it sensibly, npower pay moneysupermarket a commision in order to get a new customer. They are hardly likely to pay out if they are not going to benefit at all, in fact I guess they would lose because you would be changing to a cheaper tariff.
As premier states , they do swap tariffs for you over the phone.0 -
Yes NPower said they could do it over the phone.....But Moneysupermarket are saying they should be able to do it through them.
They sent me a e-mail confirming this. Npower are not playing ball.
Anyway thanks for the answersChild of a Fighting Race.0 -

Why are you intent on giving yourself a headache knocking your head against a brick wall - just walk around it"Now to trolling as a concept. ....
