I have just returned from my local Tesco (Mansfield) and they are selling off 11watt and 20watt low energy BC bulbs for 1p.
Probably not in every store as I was told they are now stocking a different range and are getting rid of old stock.
Might be worth looking out for if your in Tesco. They were not with the main stock of bulbs, but in a clearance section.
