Money taken from my business account

I have recently set-up my own business and have strated advertising in various publications, websites etc.
I paid for an advertisement in a magazine and paid for it in advance (to get a 15% discount), they payment was taken over the telephone from my business bank card.
However, upon checking my bank statement, they have also taken out another payment ( a couple of days later) without my authorisation.
I have contacted then regarding this matter, faxed them copies of my bank statement and was told it could take upto 28 days for the refund.
This was on the 5th May 2008. I sent them another email, 2 weeks ago, requesting payment to be made within 7 days or i will take the matter further. I received an email, saying only " WE ARE AWAITING DOCUMENTS FROM THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT" (in caps!).
I still have not received any refund from them. Where do i satnd with this, considering the money was taken out without my authorisation?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi, i'd phone the bank and report it as a fraudulent transaction because that's basically what it is.
