Ooh I am excited now, what have you had that was fantastic? All I have had is shower gel that smelt like toilet cleaner in such a small bottle that it only just did one shower and now spf moisteriser thats ok I guess.

ahh my serum has gone i really wanted that one, i have a face gel on show now tho ! id rather of had the serum lol never mind

My OH received the facial moisturiser today,he won`t use it thinks its "sissy":rolleyes:
So I`ll be having it.The facial blotting paper is showing completed on mine too now,I also wanted the hair serum.

I completed on the moisturser last week, but it hasn't arrived.

Can anyone give the email from the contact section please?
My outlook isn't working so can't even get the email address to contact them!

i had same thing happen so i mailed them and said i didnt want you to think i have recived it and not replyed they said our systme is different to the one you see and it isnt showing as outstanding on here you did not get this trial so im well confused ! !

my outlook didnt work so i just mailed them with a reply to the first email i ever got from them

Hi Tracy

Please allow me to explain. Once you register for a product in the 'New Trials' section, this moves into the 'My Trials' tab, where it will state 'in progress' until all the samples have been issued and the trial closed. The way in which we allocate samples is on a first come first served basis. Whilst the study is in progress, you are added to the list of requestors. If unsuccessful, the product will be removed from the 'My Trials' view. If successful, the product will be sent to you and will appear as 'completed' in the 'My Trials' tab.
