Got my face cream today, it says use over 4 weeks but asks me to complete the questionnaire by 19th, thats not even 2 weeks use! what do I do!0

Apply daily to cleansed face and neck. Avoid contact with eyes. If product gets into the eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water.Please use this product 5 times before returning the completed questionnaire in the Envelope provided.I'm an MSE SLACKER!!!! Slap my bum.

Just logged on to say my Face Cream trial says 'completed' but I haven't received anything - now excited as everyone saying that means it should be in the post very soon!! Yeah!!
