Ayton never invite me or send me anything either.Nor Tescos but I don't choose to whinge about them getting free suits or tshirts etc. I am happy for the people who do get things and hope that one day my day might come. We are all moneysavers here and most of us are in financial difficulties or on a low income. These free things we get are a generous bonus NOT a guaranteed entitlement. I would hate to think that if someone complains at Boots that it will spoil it in some way for the rest of us. Nobody is bragging. I mention in my posts things that are listed NOT what I recieve necessarily unless there is some good reason ie it was really bad/ good etc. Maybe some folks get chosen a lot cos they are more suitable for the products according to what is in their profiles.

I think it's Rose. I got it - it's pink and it smells floral. Maybe it is part of their new ingredients range or the old style Retro range. The shower gel was banana I think

Does anyone know if you can find out what the product is if Boots release it into the stores? I'm sure I read ages ago on this thread that if you contact them six months or so later then they will tell you - this thread is so huge now though, I'll never find the original post!!!

I spoke to a lady a couple of weeks back from boots. She rang me regarding one of the product trials. She confirmed that if you keep the product trial number and contact them after 6 months they will tell you what the item was.

oooh... thanks for that! I hadn't even thought of peeling the label off... didn't even notice it had a label on it...lol!!!! :rotfl:

Am I missing something though - why would they give us a product to test that was already available in the stores? would it be an updated version of it or are they seeing if it's still worth the price they charge instore or something?
