Hi all

I thought you would find this response I had to an email wondering why trials I had signed up to have not arrived in the post useful!

We trial 65 samples of each new product to capture in use information from consumers. Currently the samples are issued on a first come, first served basis. Initially you will see an 'in progress' or 'completed' message against your request however this only means you have been added to the waiting list and not that you are guaranteed to get a sample. All products are issued within 1 week of a request launched therefore if you have not received a sample after 2 weeks you have unfortunately not been allocated one of the 65 samples.

We do not currently send any message to confirm you have been allocated a product or you haven't. We are working with our IS Department to make improvements to our communication on this. These improvement will take time so we hope you will work with us until then.
We apologise for any confusion or inconvenience in the meantime.


Seems that they have way more "testers" than they get products to send out - think the message here is you have to be very quick!

Apparently, if you get this problem (I've had it several times) just use it the required number of times as stated on the form that comes with it and ignore the send back date.
I've done this for the past 2 trials I've had and got the conditioner this morning so it obviously doesn't count against you :T
