i thought i was on a roll with this got 2 shampoos- one for curly and one for thick hair and intensive conditioner in 1 week then not had anything showing since. does anyone know what the conditioner was- my hair has never been so soft!

i got the hair wax yesterday and i had to return the form for it by the 14th so how got i do it in a day well not even a day

Everytime I check on the website there are no tests available

Sounds to me like they have signed up far more people to test products than they really need for the few tests they do.

I had the same problem with the shampoo for blonde hair - arrived on the Friday and they wanted me to use it for 2 weeks and return by 4 Nov!!!!

I thought they might not bother with me now as I sent the form back saying I could only try it once. Form would have been late getting to them probably also!!!
