I just telephoned the helpline because I sent my forms back ages ago and havent received my log in yet.

A really lovely lady said that there was 3 massive handfuls of applications in the post today and because the response has been so massive they are working through them in batches. She told me if I havent heard by Monday to call back and she will look me up on the system.

Just signed up for my first trial it is a compact foundation -blonde shade just added today so check new trials hope this is of use to someone. Good Luck.

if it's any help, my username is my surname and date of birth, then you can request a password reminder

Woo Hoo I just had my email with my login details on it.

Filled out my profile and signed up to 3 trials (Lip Salve, Lip Gloss and Shower Gel)

Does anyone know whethere they email you when there are trials or do you just have to keep logging in ?
