Park resorts - camber sands for sale - anyone know anything?

Hi
Been a regular going to Park Resorts - Camber Sands site for the last 18months. We generally rent privately unless we get a deal on a caravan.
Anyway - just come back from there and the staff are saying its been sold.
Anyone know any more?
Did a google search and stuff on holidaywatchdig, just no info on who may have bought it.
