BA and Virgin Flights - Fuel Surcharge Overcharge Refunds

BA have recently announced that they were overcharging for fuel between 11 August 2004 and 23 March 2006.

Accordingly you could get a refund of up to £20 per return ticket for non-EU destinations for BA and Virgin flights taken between these dates.

This is a website which has been set up to administer the claims.

For BA customers, you can claim using your passport number and so you do not need to know your flight number or even the date of travel.
