Tricky Sainburys transfer thingy

Scenario..... Have a sainsburys cards 0% 12months purchases only, that I have maxed out to the £1300 limit set in 3 months. Just taken out a capital one card with 9 months 0% for purchases and BT's.
Question, is it possible to BT the sansburys balance to the Cap one and then continue to build up the sainsburys card for purchases?

To maximise interest transfer the cap one to your egg and then to your current acc onto savings.0 -
