Trying to switch energy supplier through moneysupermarket

Trouble is the tariff I want to switch to, Eon price protection, has the apply button missing, as do a few of the other tariffs listed.
Anyone know what's going on? Will I be able to switch through moneysupermarket and take advantage of the £30 cashback or do I just have to switch through Eon?
Thanks all

Hi,
If you are currently with E-on for gas and/or electricity you will not be able to apply via a comparrison site so as the previous post says, best going through Quidco or topcashback.

Yes, I'm already with Eon.
Had a look at Quidco earlier but that offer appears to be for new sign ups only, so as an existing Eon customer that lets me out I think :-(
I've looked at the other options offered by Moneysupermarket/Uswitch but the non Eon capped rate tariffs all seem to have cancellation fees which I want to avoid. Eon still looks like my best bet.
Thanks for both those tips though0 -

Quidco and moneysupermarket get their cash from the same source - Eon's affiliiate marketing company. Difference is moneysupermarket retain approx 50% for themselves, Quidco don't. But believe me, the rules will be the same for both companies. If you are a current Eon customer there's no way you will get cashback for transferring to another Eon product, no matter which 'intermediary' you use.Call me Carmine....
