I think if you use Entourage or an equivelant that you can have mulitple email addresses linked to one page? Is that what you mean?:A Luke 6:38 :AThe above post is either from personal experience or is my opinion based on the person God has made me and the way I understand things. gmail keeps the emails on googles server
with entourage, and you probably have downloaded your emails onto you computer.
now.. with gmail, what you can do, is set pop/imap access, and just access your gmails from entourage.
however, if you want to specifically use gmail, and stop using entourage, with gmail there is a bit of a work around....
so create a folder in gmail, called - Archive - or whatever you want.. it is just probably easier to put it in a folder...
set up imap access (specifically imap) for your gmail within entourage, you can then drag your emails from your normal entourage inbox etc, into this IMAP Gmail Archive folder... leave it for an hour or so, and the emails will actually copy up to the googles server..
if you use hotmail or yahoo, i think you have to pay money to get imap access, whereas gmail gives it you for free
hope that helps.. let me know how you get on or if you need any more help0
