40GB MP3 Player for £99.99 (Spend 1p more or tempt Argos for £10 voucher too)

i bought one of these

it's a shocker, i already have a philips hdd120 which is 20G but got greedy, as my dvd player has a USB lead that can play video/music/pictures from a hdd/mp3 player.

however this one doesn't work with the player.

it seems to syncronise well with media player, but its size and horrible feel of the buttons, make it very unattractive.

however, when i bought it i got a £10 voucher.
now i want to take it back, but i am wondering if they will make me give the voucher back

the voucher is on the receipt, and is the only thing that says exempt from 16 day garuantee, so does anyone know where Argos stand on this?

I can see nothing next to the product name so should be ok!

On that link the product description is

So looks like it is exempt from 16 day returns given the "†"

Definately wasn't the † when I posted the other evening, looks like they have been getting loads of these returned. Fortunately, they took mine back with no problems on Saturday,

Yep, they will ask for the voucher back, at least they did with me. Just don't offer it when you go to the returns desk and act dumb when asked for it
